Fitting Kit for Aftermarket Stereo in W169, W245 A/B Class, Viano, Vito, Sprinter with Audio-20
| This is a fitting kit to install a single DIN or double DIN new stereo into the W169 A Class, W245 B Class, Vito (from MY2007), Sprinter (from MY2006) with Audio-20 or COMAND (i.e double DIN size units)
This is a special order item and can take a few days to come into stock. If your Audio-20/COMAND has green and red phone buttons you need to select the 'Phantom Fed Antenna' option. This is for Model Year 2009 A/B class, Model Year 2010 Sprinter and MY2011 Vito/Viano onwards. This kit enables the steering wheel buttons to work (volume, phone answer) when used with SWC capable stereo from Alpine, Pioneer, Kenwood, Clarion, JVC or Sony. Please note that if your car does not have the phone system already then the steering wheel telephone controls will need enabling with Star Diagnosis diagnostic computer. The CANbus interface will also provide ignition, illumination, handbrake, speed pulse and reverse gear outputs for the new stereo, most often used for Sat-Nav or Car Play / Android Auto units. This is a special order item and can take a few days to come into stock. If you tell us your VIN and what stereo you are putting in your car, we will setup the switches/connections on the interface for you to save you some effort. |
