There is already 100% coverage of Hong Kong and Singapore. The navigation data on the 2014 version covers over 922,670 kilometres of road. Intensive work means that the quality of the maps for Malaysia has been significantly increased (86,713 km Prime Coverage*, compared with 62,246 km on the previous version). Prime Coverage* has been significantly extended in the following countries: Malaysia: +6%, Thailand +3 %. The 2014 version features 109 towns and communities. Precise navigation to the required house number expanded: There is full house number coverage in Hong Kong and Singapore, while coverage has been improved in the following countries: Malaysia: +7%, Thailand +11%. Almost 720,000 key points of interest (POI) are featured on the DVD, including Filling stations, Car parks, Museums, Restaurants and Hospitals. There are around 120,000 more POIs here than on the previous version. 31,827 restaurants and 78 hotels have been added to the new 2014 version. Using the data from the Traffic Message Channel (TMC/RDS), the navigation system takes into account the latest traffic bulletins for motorways and automatically calculates diversions. This convenient service is now available in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. |
