This is a special order part that cannot be returned/cancelled once ordered and will take a few days to come into stock before we can dispatch it. Please ensure that it is correct for your car - i.e. that it has the NTG4 system and not NTG4.5. Note that if your vehicle has a different region map or very old firmware the firmware may need to be updated and the map changed by a good independent or Mercedes dealer.
