This is a kit using all genuine parts for installing a reversing camera in your new shape (2012 onward) W246 B class with COMAND NTG4.5 systems. It is not suitable for cars with COMAND NTG5 (code 531) which is being introduced in many countries for MY2016. Installation involves removing some of the boot trim panels, the rear door panel and running the video wire to the front of the rear of the COMAND/AUDIO unit, then having the COMAND/AUDIO coded for Reversing Camera so that it selects the reversing camera when you select reverse. Please note that the photo may not show the exact wiring loom we supply and excludes some other fitting parts & instructions that we supply. Please ensure that your car's Audio-20 has the video input for the camera. Please also note that if you have the Audio-20 in your car, you will need to replace it with an Audio-20 with video input, and you must have at least one of the following options already: Xenon/ILS headlamps (option 614,615,618,621,622), Blind Spot Assist (234), TPM (475), Automatic Lane Recognition (476) or Traffic Sign Recognition (513).
