Phone System Retrofit Kits
| This category contains kits to retrofit the integrated phone systems for Mercedes cars with steering wheel controllers. These kits enable you to use steering wheel controls and the COMAND satnav /Audio System system for making phone calls. All parts are genuine Mercedes Benz parts. The older cars have D2B audio systems in them, the newer have MOST, and the Model Year 2009 onward have "comfort phone" which uses bluetooth and provides an cradle connector to charge the phone and use the external antenna and support more phone types than the inbuilt bluetooth supports. Read the description if you are not quite sure which one is for your vehicle. With the MOST and D2B retrofit kits you can mount the cradle connector out of sight in the main or centre glovebox by cutting a hole for it (particularly good with the Bluetooth HFP cradle which is small and you do not need regular access to), or purchase one of our centre console parts kits to make it look like the factory installation. The newer "Comfort Phone" provide the centre console parts. - If your vehicle is not listed, please contact us and we will create a new kit for you. |
